  I ordered two cabinets from this company over 6 weeks ago. I had them delivered to my work address (as I drive in to work and no one is at home). I do the same thing with all of my amazon and other deliveries. When the cabinets arrived, I was suspicious because the boxes were really damaged. I opened one and the smell of the cabinet was overwhelming. I decided to send both cabinets back, however, I was told that this wasn't possible because I had them delivered to my work address and they class this as 'trade'. I told them that I paid on my personal credit card and the reason I had them delivered to my work. I was also told that this would be reviewed by a manager and two days later I had an email to say that this would still be classed as trade and there would be no refund. I have since asked for a phone call from a manager which was declined and I was told that managers don't make phone calls to customers. I am now stuck with two cabinets that I don't want and can't use because of the smell. Do NOT buy from this company.
